I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with individuals. I usually see clients in person once or twice a week. Online sessions can also be arranged.
I aim to provide an environment where you feel safe to talk freely and explore current difficulties. Together we can look deeper into what has brought you to therapy. Psychodynamic therapy addresses underlying issues and causes – often from your past – and can pave the way to deep and lasting change.
I have worked extensively with bereavement/loss, depression, anxiety, work and relationship difficulties and infertility issues. My clinical experience includes working in schools and mental health charitable settings with adolescents, adults and families. In addition to my private practice, I work for a London Fertility Clinic supporting individuals and couples.
I am a registered member of both the British Psychoanalytic Council and the British Infertility Counselling Association.
