I am a psychoanalyst and a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I trained as an integrative psychoanalyst at the Nouvelle Faculté Libre in Paris and I have worked in private practice since 2012. My practice integrates both traditional psychoanalysis as well as relational and humanistic psychotherapy.
I work with adults both individually and as part of a group with people facing unhappiness, anxieties, addiction, stress, abuse, trauma, depressive feelings, relationship issues, sexual or existential struggles. I believe that psychoanalysis or psychoanalytic therapy can help you unearth some of the root causes of these life issues and free yourself from the inner blocks preventing you from living a much more full and conscious life. The length of the therapeutic process, which we will work through together, can vary from a few weeks to a few years.
I am a group psychotherapist at the Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust London. I conduct long-term open ended therapy groups for adults as well as for young persons.
I am also a graduate of INSEAD’s Master’s Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change and a qualified executive coach and leadership development specialist. I work with senior leaders and CEOs mostly from the private sector and have a strong track record in supporting them lead change. I practice both in English and French. I have lived and worked in France, the US, China, Singapore and the UK.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
