New Group Starting at Queen Anne Street Practice

As part of its diverse therapeutic approaches, several weekly therapy groups are run at the Queen Anne Street Practice. We are pleased to announce that a new group will be starting shortly.

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy based on the idea that our individual difficulties occur within the context of our relationship with others and society as a whole.

Group therapy is beneficial because it reduces isolation, offers peer support, and provides a cost-effective way to learn from others' experiences and coping strategies.

Participants can improve social and communication skills in a safe environment, build self-esteem through mutual support, and gain new perspectives on their own challenges by hearing from a diverse group.

The group enables members to look more clearly at their relationships with the help of the reflections of other group members. Hearing different viewpoints and working through differences between group members can be a fruitful way of learning about ourselves.

If you would like to learn more, please feel free to contact Dmitry Novikov (Email) or Laurent Criou (Email) who will share more details.
